Cannot deactivate cross save
I cannot deactivate cross save because I cannot authenticate a stadia account that has been deactivated for years. Contacted google support but they don't even see the original account. The Gmail account associated with the stadia accout currently linked to bungie is not the same one I use today for stadia.

1 ReplyBungie will not forcibly deactivate a cross-save setup, if you cannot access an account you have to work with their platform support to regain access. If their platform support cannot help you, then your cross-save setup is stuck as is and cannot be altered.

2 RepliesSorry but the authentication system is there for security reasons and as such Bungie will not bypass it for any reason. Maybe after Stadia shuts down you will be able to do what you want.
