Bungie will not unlink any account from your Bungie.net account for any reason. The authentication system is there for security reasons and as such Bungie will not bypass it for any reason. Also Bungie considers account security our responsibility not theirs. This is due to the large number of people who allow account recoveries which compromise account security.... then they come crying to Bungie using the "I was hacked" line. Bungie also does not have access to your platform's account details so they can not use that as verification that you are the true creator and owner of the account.
