All their changes to flinch and airborne effectiveness are trash cause we don't remotely have enough energy and slots on our armor pieces for proper building into those.
They literally make us decide if our crosshair hops up into the sky after getting hit by a sidearm shot across the map or we could spec into being able to lift our feet from the ground for an inch while still being able to hit 50 % of our shots.
If that's their form of "build crafting", then i wanna know which smartass thought its well made. It's horrible, unnecessarily limiting and made everything worse FOR the players. Just like every recent change.

You just need to get really lucky with the stats. For example my Duality chest piece has stats matching one of my older builds so I can have now variable 7 energy for all sorts of mods.
