More than likely the preorder bonus items will not be available UNTIL Witch Queen launches ... that is how it's been for every launch.

I got mine.. i redeemed the code (it took 2 days to work)

Not true. It’s a known problem and we are supposed to get the pre-order items and even the store doesn’t show that we bought the deluxe collector’s edition.

The Shell, Emote and Emblem are stated as instant access items on pre-order - is that not so? These are kinda minor things in the grand scheme, but if codes aren't working I'd like Bungie to know about it in case it is something that might happen to anyone else.

The issue lies in the fact that when you redeem the code, PSN only recognises that you own the 30th Anniversary pack and not the WQ DLC. This is why the preorder items haven’t unlocked It’s being investigated at the moment.
