Witch Queen Pre-order pack code for PS not granting items?
Hi All,
This is kind of an odd one, and haven't seen others having this yet.
I was lucky enough to get one of the collectors edition (with game) on Bungie EU Store, and I got the pre-order pack code through via email as a pdf, which I DL'd and redeemed in the PS Store on my console.
The code was valid, but shows up as the Bungie 30th Anniversary pack - and currently, Rahool is being cheeky and not giving me my preorder stuff.
If anyone can help me resolve this, I'll be most grateful!
I have plenty of reference numbers if anyone at Bungie could help me trace the cause.

5 RepliesMore than likely the preorder bonus items will not be available UNTIL Witch Queen launches ... that is how it's been for every launch.
