First why did you buy them with actual cash? Bright dust is free.

Technically it costs hours of my life, which I could be paid quite handsomely for and buy using silver, overall less hours wasted doing something I didn’t want to do.

He’s gonna blame it on lack of Brightdust due to spamming the tribute hall. I guarantee.

I didn't have much bright dust because I started playing D2 far after its launch, after Forsaken came out. It seems that my buddies and others - who have played since launch - have a lot of bright dust, while I stay between 1,000-5,000. The only thing I buy with it is a single new shader if I don't have it yet.

Don't bother explaining yourself to these folks. Honestly, if they are more concerned with your spending brightdust over Bungie's wanton disregard for our time and/or money spent to get 2019 glows, then you know their priorities are out of whack.

I appreciate the support & solace. It's sad to see so much negativity tossed into posts on a forum for a video game.

That’s fair. Didn’t mean to accuse or anything. But when you hear the first bar of a song, sometimes you can assume how it will play out. Expecting what you are requesting from any company isn’t likely to have the outcome you would like. Nor should you expect it. Doesn’t hurt to ask, just don’t get upset when the answer is a no as most companies are gonna tell you the same thing.

Most likely but it’s so easy. I haven’t tried to get bright dust in over 18 months and still have 72,000 of it left. I also paid full prices fir the tribute hall, I did feel like waiting and at the time had like 200k+ back then.

See my response again re: Bright Dust. I believe it has to do with how long someone has been playing and at what point in the game that was. Remember how Eververse used to have bounties for Bright Dust..? New players have no idea that even existed.

Dang that's a lot of dust.
