How did it get stolen? Did you give them access,? Or were they able to somehow sniff out your information

The person knew all the info. Mail, password etc etc. But im not getting any help from Sony. Since they ask me for information i cant remember. They got the crucial parts but it didnt help. I want My account back. Im pissed asf.
