Getting stolen account back?
As title. What can i do the get my stolen Account/Character back?
The thief changed the username and email address aswell.
Please help.
(This is my new Account) But i want my old One back..cause i was there from pre alpha.

1 ReplyHow did it get stolen? Did you give them access,? Or were they able to somehow sniff out your information

I went threw this last year. With Microsoft. It was a bit of a lengthy process phone calls emails ect for a bit. But was able to recover my account after a few weeks.

1 ReplyYou would have to work with support for whatever platform your account is on (Sony, Microsoft, etc.). Bungie has no access to any of that sort of thing.
