Apart from the world design I can’t really see why everyone is so hyped with Monster Hunter. Looks abit boring.

I thought it looked boring as hell, but I got it out of curiosity and already have 3 days in it.

Online community of Monster Hunter games from 3 years ago are still going strong.....

Tbh is not a game for everyone, in fact it was a really niche game hare in the west, and the core of the game its the combat and the grinding for the hunts so if you arent feeling right, its just not the right game for you.

Monster hunter is like dark souls, because everyone loves it. It’s just that some people haven’t realized that yet.

O_O What is boring about killing monsters and wearing their body parts as your armor? Or using their teeth and claws to make awesome weapons to kill other monsters with? XD If you have the opportunity you should give it a shot. It's a little slow going at first but, you'll be fighting huge monsters and digging through their mangled remains for that last sweet piece to finish that awesome set of armor you wanted in no time. It's certainly not for everyone, no game is, but if you like the grind and you love seeing a clear path to what you want instead of RNG then Monster Hunter World is right for you. ^_^
