I can't tell the difference in 30 and 60 fps and frankly don't really care

If you can't see the difference between 30fps and 60fps I'm sure you couldn't tell the difference between 1080p and 4k.

You're probably right. But it's still easier for me to tell how clear a picture is than how smooth it runs
