You think this franchise has the most amazing music. Yeah no lol. Go listen to boss soundtracks for any dark souls boss then come back and see if you can say such heresy.

  • Well yea Thats what an opinion is for. I've heard some great tracks in my days, but Destiny is, if not THE best, among the best soundtrack wise games.

  • How is destiny's even good? I don't even remember any of the tracks they were that unmemorable to me. None of them apparently stuck with me and moved me in any way. Not like halos or gears of wars signature track. Hell burnout paradise, a game that uses many different artists and genres, from classical like flight of the Valkyries to paradise city by gun n roses moved me more than this games. Only music I remember from destiny that is even remotely memorable to me that I can remember is the taken King trailer and the climax fighting the three minds from vanilla, really nothing else. While I can easily remember Sir alonne's theme hitting hard right as I entered his room and fought this very helpful and powerful samurai who had been only hinted at in lore of items and armor thru an area of the game he had helped the king from. there are a few amazing pieces that hit hard just like the bosses. And destiny has nothing on the tying of story and the cycles of dark soul's games. they took their final bosses soundtrack from the first game's and Incorporated it into the thirds. The reason why is the third games boss is a being created by all the heroes who have linked the fire in the games lore. A being who is more than just a final challenge, a soul who was us, The players from every era. We were fighting ourselves. To top it off just when you think you beat him, he gets back up. But he's different, he uses a move set, the style of the first games boss. We were reunited with an old friend and had to fight him to prove ourselves one last time . And when he came back this way, his soundtrack came with him. A beautiful way to end the series and a move made by the developers that made hundreds if not thousands of dark souls players from the very beginning break down. Not the game itself but three little piano notes that brought a shocking realization and maybe even tears to our eyes.

  • TL;DR You don't need to write a book to try and convince me my opinion is wrong. Try again.

  • Hmph. Well if you don't have the attention span to read an explanation about how dark souls music is much better than this shallow game's, then trying to show you is pointless.

  • It didn't have a point to begin with. Its my opinion. Besides, I don't have a shitty attention span, I clearly explained why theres no incentive to read your comment.

  • Yeah, O&S have a great theme, but most are pretty unremarkable.

  • Dark Souls 3's soundtrack is the best, I mean, the first boss Iudex Gundyr spoke more to me in soundtracks then Dark Souls 1/2 did ever.
