Ugh why? Doesn't need a luck effect, and how would it exactly handle that on a pulse rifle? Will it work on the first bullet of a burst, or on the entire burst? A bit OP if you ask me

Reactive reload already exists on some pulses you twat. Your post makes no sense. It works on the entire burst for a few seconds. The perk exists on many hand cannons and they are not OP. Red death unfortunately also has low range so it would become a two burst but only at lower ranges. It synergies well with the health regen perk.

My whole argument is really around the fact that Reactive reload adds double damage per bullet. So let's say current RD does 32 damage per bullet currently (not saying it is) double damage to each bullet would make it 64 per bullet, or 192 for the burst, which is more than enough to 1 shot some guardians, which would be too strong a perk on a pulse rifle. But again, this is mainly assuming that it deals double damage and RD deals 32 a HS. At 30 a HS it'll equal 180 which is barely under the OBK numbers. Like I said my opinion is based solely around reactive reload doubling the damage (which could be incorrect) and specific damage numbers I've seen w RD during IB this week. And as far as I know, reactive reload no longer was a perk on pulses after year one. I have not seen a single one that rolls with it since. Not only that but you can't replace the HCR spot with reactive reload. It would have to be the unflinching spot, or the exotic perk spot. But acting all high and mighty isn't going to get you far.

Reactive reload doesn't do double damage check coolguy video he had a pulse in the arytype of red death and he had reactive reload did 38 per pelet

Ok kid live in your on world we're you assume facts
-
I already do. It's called a president who lives and breathes on alternate facts....... Seriously though you really couldn't read a damn fn thing that showed that I realized my numbers could be wrong, and I admitted it. And when RR dealing differing damage numbers to what I believed the numbers were, again admitted I could have that wrong as well. But that's the beauty of having a discussion, where people point out that your pov could be flawed and why, and learning things that you were previously incorrect on. But you yourself can't learn to read any of that and decided that you would rather continue to be an ass instead of actually reading through it. So I responded in kind.

Red death does 30 to the head get your facts straight

Edited by Lord Kielron: 3/4/2017 7:15:47 PMActually in IB I was hitting up to 34 per burst on some people, but that could be based on light levels. Anyway, I did break things down and state my figures could in fact be inaccurate, and even stated that I could be wrong in my calculations. I did also state a 30 per burst line as well, if you actually read Interesting enough though I at least admitted my numbers could be wrong, which people don't readily do.
-
Don't u consider low light ? smart A**
-
And yet you are the person still not reading everything. I don't have time for people who can't read all things. So if you want to continue to drone on go ahead, but I'm done with this conversation.
-
Get your facts strait. It doesn't do double damage. A crit will do around 39 instead of 30
-
If that would be the case, it's completely different than on HCs
-
Hand cannons don't do double damage either. 86 crit would do about 110 if I remember correctly
-
I have a few with RR, so I'll test out the damage numbers later, but I'm pretty sure it goes more than that, I believe closer to 130ish. But again, my numbers for RR could be off.
-
Boy, this isn't LiTC. Geez, learns your perks before speaking.
-
Why don't you learn your perks. Reactive reload adds the exact same damage as LiTC for a specific amount of time after a reload.
-
But you said a "luck effect." What part of controlling how much damage you do and WHEN you do it if you CHOOSE to luck?
-
They both basically double the damage dealt. So if you have a 32 + per bullet shot pulse if every shot of a burst counts for the reactive reload effect, you are basically looking at a one burst pulse which would make it over powered, hence my original statement. Especially since reactive reload is easy enough to abuse.
-
It's a figure of speech of a perk with a similar effect. It's a heck of a lot easier to say than spelling the whole damn thing out regarding the damage dealt.
-
So you're intentionally being misleading?
-
Are you seriously being that fn dense?
-
No. Just being correct.
-
I just think you knew exactly what I was getting at and decided to be a troll, regardless.
-
Oh I knew. I also knew you were wrong. So I decided to take action. You're welcome.
-
So you were being a pointless troll then. Gotcha.
