This has been asked alot.
I think it should alternate either monthly or bi monthly with Iron Banner.
example:
Week 1 - Regular Crucible
Week 2 - Iron Banner
Week 3 - Regular Crucible
Week 4 - SRL (Just tone down decorations ALOT)
repeat
or 1 month its Iron Banner, next month its SRL.
But I sense this may that might be too long a wait for Iron Banner for many PVP enthusiasts.

Agreed. Bringing it back occasionally (even if for a weekend) would be nice.
