With Zhalo, you're SOL.
Mida and TLW, buy Legacy Engrams the next time Xur sells primary.
They're (supposedly) heavily weighted to give you gear that you don't yet have, so if those are the only two you're missing, then you should get them off the first two engrams (again, supposedly. I've had nothing but bad luck with them).
You'll have to wait for Xur to sell Zhalo or continue to try your luck with the 3oC.

They key to this, is that you have to have the Exotic, having not dismantled it IMO.

You need to elaborate, because that didn't make sense. Why would you be using a legacy engram to get an exotic that you already have?

What I mean is, if you have already had the Exotic before but dismantled it, to RNG it looks like you do not have it. Get a Suros, decided to dismantle it, to RNG it looks like "hey this guy looks like he needs a Suros".

Using the legacy's after that point, they should have been heavily weighted to those items that are not in your Blueprints. I was throwing "supposedly" and "should" out there because after I burned through about 5 Special Legacy Engrams, I had a few new Lord of Wolves and Dreg's Promise (which I already had in the Blueprints), but I still don't have 4th Horseman (Y1 version).

I agree that all that should or could work. Doesn't seem to happen for me. I have decided to keep all my Exotic Primary weapons, unless it is duplicated until I get Mida. It cannot hurt. I am also to the point where I go to Master Ives in the Reef to decode all Exotic Primary Engrams. Master Rahool is the scum of the Galaxy.

Yeah, one salty Friday after wasting 100 Strange Coins to get not one or two but three TLW's out of my Legacy Primary Engrams.
