for 1 & 3 you can buy Primary Legacy engrams from Xur and hope they turn up or you could pick them up when Xur brings them(I'm surprised you haven't done that).
Is this a sudden urge to want these after looking at a site showing META options?

Not at all, I've been wanting the Zhalo ever since xur sold it but I didn't get on that weekend, and for the other 2 I just never got them in year 1 and I've been looking to complete my year 2 collection
