Ah, see I like the FF series, but have never actually had the patience to beat one. Except the Tactics ones, those were fun and I beat em both. Played pretty much all of the numbered FF's but never beat any. And movies? Well seeing as I never beat any I wasn't invested enough to watch a film........ But I'm sure its good, seeing how much you respect it

My brother has a replica of that blade. Not a decorative cheap one either...it's a damn scary thing to wield. I can barely lift it with one hand, let alone hold it upright without risking life and limb. It's a beast of a blade.

It has to be about twenty pounds and has a four foot blade...I wouldn't want to be on the recieving end if it connected, that's for sure.

Held one. Nine pounds of steel, well balanced (replica, but quality replica - Germanic I think). One of my favourites was a curved long blade not dissimilar from a katana made for countering cavalry. Can't remember the name, but the thing was a beast. Heavier than a two handed long sword, but handled well enough I didn't feel as though I was a danger to myself swinging it around alittle. The buster blade did not instill much confidence. Was a chore to even lift that thing.

Worth it. Absolutely worth it. Its alittle like swinging a car fender around as a sword though.
