You have two issues here:
1: you lagged out, and yes that sucks,
But;
2: you didn't need to do POE, for exotic bounties do not drop anymore, so now Queensbreaker is an RNG item.

RNG from the treasure room big chest? Yes. RNG, but I have to do PoE to roll that chance, right? And I don't think I lagged out. I looked this up and it's happened to a lot of people.

Nope, you can get it from the legacy engrams Xur sells.

It's a lot easier to do PoE than grind for 31 coins. Are you saying it no longer ever drops from PoE, b/c other sources say it does?

i steal nedd exocit bounty from PoE , im done 5 times and everytime get i key for the Big chest but don t drop the Bounty for me anymore. I think Bungie get of the exo. bounty from Normal daily , and PoE bountys. And you can get the weapons from xur for 31 str. coins but i think is tu much :-j
