I never had HoW until Taken King dropped. Yesterday on my second attempt ever (hoping for a queenbreaker's bow), I completed round 5, fell down the hole and died, and was spawned back in the boss arena behind a locked door. I killed myself as many times as I could, but the mission ended. Apparently this was an issue back in HoW days. Why was it never fixed? How hard could it be to adjust that spawn to spawn people in the center room? Or let the door open? Please address this. I wouldn't think it would take long.
