I'd feel better of you just stayed home. I understand that you'd be missing a wedding (never been to one myself), but I'd trust your instincts. You might be over thinking, but what if you're not? You have kids.
When I feel something is off and I don't avoid that thing, I ALWAYS end up regretting that decision.

If it was any other wedding I would but it's my kid sister. Plus, the tickets are non-refundable. That's close to 4,000 dollars down the toilet.
