Wrong, he took credit for a Republican congress and Senate saving money. He was very politically savvy for doing so.

Bernie Sanders is technically a socialist not a democrat.

His platform is Basicly the set goals of the communist party of usa, or cpusa. Bernie isn't stupid and knows that communist is a bad word, so he describes himself as a "socialist Democrat"
