Final round on presicion shots is more like explosive rounds on rocket launchers... Bungie wants to disapear that perk, and thats about it.

  • In PvP, sure. Only time it'll help is radiant skin, ram warlocks. But in pve final round will still be good.

  • With presicion shoots you dont need final round... Besides the new spears are even worst, I have already one on my titan, it has a crazy aim assist and free ammo, at least final rounders, included myself, ran out of ammo quick, now I perform headshot easier, even body shooting. Check it out.

  • Did you even read my comment? I agreed with your statement about PvP and could only give one scenario where the damage would be useful. In PvE it will still be good. You aren't going to be sniping dregs with final round, so the damage will apply to big enemies. Unless you're going to tell me that you dumped your mags to get that dope final round against Atheon.

    I did, besides Atheon goes down quick in 2 rounds without final rounders, real effective for this is WoL+illuminated and a huge mag to reload only one time, and work well for every boss, after a final round bonus you have to reload... waste of time, you deal more dmg with a bigger mag. The only time I see final round effective is pvp where you either kill or die in 1 shoot, besides aim assist from different sources is far better. Edit. Did you check the spear on my titan? Is better than final round, I have one perfect roll on my warlock.

  • No, because it will still do massive bonus damage to enemies you shoot in PvE. Like bosses that have big health bars. You don't need shank burn because shanks die easily.

    After final round you need to reload, waste of time, better choose a perk to increase your mag By the way is not even massive dmg, is barelly 30%

  • Yeah, I have an old Supremacy with Field Scout and Clown Cartridge, too. I'm just saying that Final Round will not be useless like you're saying. Vacuum is a useless perk. Mulligan is a 95% useless perk. Final Round will not be.

    Lmao, well it is, I was using my final round spear on pve, and sucks. Everything goes down with bodyshot before using final round, wich was ment for pvp...

  • It will be worst, now the new perk "hidden hand" combined with injection mold grants crazy aim assist. I was playing with the one on my titan, at least final rounders ran out of ammo before. Please check the spear on my titan and compare it with the final round on my warlock

  • Yea, I'm guessing the nerf was strictly because of trials. I don't find hidden hand hugely helpful, maybe I just don't notice it

  • I will tell you, aim assist helps you getting headshots, you can get aim assist from scopes, the sniper itself, perks... when you combine all, you will get free headshots even aiming the body, plus my spear has free ammo from kills, scrubs will cry soon.

  • I know but I'd hate to see perks that are useless in one part of the game and helpful in others. They should be useful in both parts of the game imo
