Well when you will play TTK for the first time, you'll probably have none of the new TTK gear, which means you'll have to use your current gear until you get new gear. If you were in a situation where sniping was needed, and BH was in its original state, the encounter would feel cheap because you pretty much have a bottomless clip. People have to realize that a gun, frequently being used in an encounter, should not be able to go through the whole encounter without having to reload it. End of discussion
