Over 100 VoG completions, of that about 60 are hard and still No Praetorians Foils.

I know exactly how you feel. I can get multiples of every other weapon. Gjallarhorn, Fatebringer, Vex. But I can't seen to get the Foil no matter how much I run the VoG.
