Same way cereal in my state is 3 bucks a box and in new York cereal is like 6 or 7 bucks they make more so they pay more. It's dumb but that's the world we know today. Lol

Although if you go from state to state... you still pay $40 for the digital expansion... not $60 because you are on a higher pay grade ;)
