been playin regularly since friday and have not had to wait at all..ever..only queue i had to wait for was the four man dungeon which took me 20 mins in game...but the beatiful thing was matchmaking was in the game (no 3rd party lfg sites) and i could continue questing while waiting so i didnt have to wait on a loading screen
