I've played eso more than I've played destiny this week. So eso killed destiny for me and my mates, were all playing eso, I done some trials at weekend to get helmets on all my chars but that was it lol

4 RepliesIt's the goddamn servers, they're absolute garbage. Your always put into a queue then when you do get on the load times are occasionally ridiculous. I eventually give up and try to log on again then BOOM queued

1 ReplyDestiny was supposed to kill Dust 514 (a really crappy lobby shooter). If Destiny couldn't kill an easy target I don't see another game ending Destiny. Definitely cutting into profits. The relevant question is when people are presented with a choice of these two to purchase which will they prefer?

26 RepliesGuys honestly destiny has been dead a long time. Less than 15% of the people that bought it still play it. I like destiny a lot, but after the disappointment of it getting over-hyped a lot of people felt betrayed and stopped playing.

It's really not a good game. I've owned it on pc since release. It's a sub par mmo that'd only getting hype because it's on console and has the elder scrolls title.

Lol. They are two very different games. I love destiny, and eso is fun as hell, definitely growing on me. There is no problem playing both.

I haven't played destiny since ESO dropped lol not saying one game killed the other... But ESO is a great change of pace... Kind of what I was expecting destiny to be lol

No game will really kill another game. Only thing that kills games is time, or just the poor development of a game. However, some games will draw people in more so than others. Warframe pulled me away from Gears of War 3. Bloodborne pulled me away from Warframe. HoW pulled me from Bloodborne, but now I'm going back to playing all of them. I'm sure it's the same for every person who ever said [blank] will kill destiny.
