Edited by dazarobbo: 6/9/2015 3:08:34 PMI think that in such a situation where vaccination rates fall dangerously low, the state would be justified in quarantining potential carriers for the safety of its citizens. If unvaccinated people don't like or agree with it, they should be free to leave the country/area. If they choose to remain, they should have the option to receive a vaccination or remain segregated in quarantine.

What if they out number those who are vaccinated in a certain area, then wouldn't it be easier for the vaccinated to leave?
