I did a judgments chance on my hunter and got the boots with 148 intellect. They are on my hunter.

yeah but the ones variks sells are only strength and the ones from judgment chance are random

That's true. I have so many cores from doing POE's I do not mind taking the chance to improve my loadout. I also got better gloves for my warlock, intellect on that as well.
