I heard all you have to do to dodge his attacks is roll to the right side of him

Roll towards his shield. Use a lightning weapon if possible. Dont get greedy with hits. Get 2 in and regen stamina. Dont turtle behind a shield either

Ok, thanks. I'm a dual wielding swordsman so I only occasionally use shields anyway
