where can I find the item to upgrade my estus flask? Currently have it at +1. They seem to have moved items around from the original.

On your way to no man's wharf there is a knight to your left when you come down the stairs on te way to the lift, he guards a lump o sublime bone dust. Can't remember the others...

There is one in the tutorial area behind a petrified statue. You need a fragrant branch of yore to unpetrify it.

No problem, you can also find one at the lost bastille after you reach the first bonfire that you can get to after beating the flexile sentry.

There is one in the well in front of the mansion in majula. Hit the rock and a body will pop up. There is another in the basement of the mansion. The rest are just in the different areas. I don't know off the top of my head, so just explore and pay attention to people's messages lol.

How do you get in there like for real, I've beaten the game got to level 384 and still can't get through that damn door :p

There is a guy in the Giants forest. In that one area with the giant root/branch that leads up the wall if you look in the far right of that area there is a hole in the wall. You have to jump off the root, to the roof on the right, then jump from that to another roof. You should then be able to go in the cave. Watch out for a giant boulder and he's at the end of the path. Just keep talking to him til he gives you a key.
