Personally, I'm a huge fan of Obsidian Mind. Combine that with bad juju and a void walker is unstoppable. My favorite build for strikes, patrols, bounties and even some raid scenarios. I would say to go with the obsidian mind.
I have them both, never really been a huge fan of the MIDA. I've had like 4 drop but never really used it. Not a huge scout rifle guy, and it never seemed worth the exotic slot to me.
But if you truly main your void walker, you can't go wrong with the helm.

Sooo... Quick question. I have bad juju completly leveled up, and obsidian mind leveled up. I hear people say nova bomb generates faster with juju, does it really? I havent seen much difference so i stopped usuing juju as much. Didnt know if i should givi it another go?

Yes. Bad jujus exotic perk causes each kill to give additional super energy. It seems to me that it's about double what a normal kill gives. Couple that with the regenerated super energy from nova kills from the obsidian mind, and you've got a nova bomb every few kills. You can take out a mob, shoot off another bomb to pick off the stragglers, and still end up with energy left over

Juju can increase the super energy gained on any subclass. The exotic perk makes kills charge it faster. So if you were comparing it to other super charge rates then that's your problem. Use what you are comfortable with though
