Agreed. Getting 100 crucible marks requires 34 games at least which is really time consuming. They should definitely increase to 5 for a win and 4 for a loss. Also they should at least award a blue engram with a possibility of getting more stuff just like roc strikes. Crucible rewards suck compared to the ammount of time you invest in a single game.
