More/Raise Crucible Marks
We all know you can earn vangard marks way easier than crucible marks. You can earn up to 6 every 10-15 minutes on roc strikes. In crucible, you can earn 2-3 every 8-10 minutes. ( see the difference ). I think Bungie should raise the amount of crucible marks you earn or add other ways to earn them. The cap is 100 for both and the gear you can get are both equal in crucible gear and vangard gear. I hope Bungie does something about this. You have play about 20 or 30 minutes just to get 6 crucible marks ( depends if you win or lose ) rather than 10-15 for 6 vangard marks. It could be beter if the gear were half price or factions also supported vanagard marks too or like in the beta, upgrade materials for marks.

2 RepliesPart of the problem is the bounties. I can earn a double XP stream through Eris and Vanguard and do at least 5 bounties in 30 mins. Easy XP. Crucible bounties are just too poorly supported by XP due to them being XP matched with Vanguard for no apparent reason. Now PVP has some easy bounties: kill 25 hunters, win 3 matches and so on. But some bounties are really, really time consuming and some are almost impossible. Dead Man's Hand will just take days of PVP to do. It should be worth 20,000 XP not 5000. First blood, post mortem, enforcer, 20 melee kills: all of these should be worth 10,000XP, as they can take a lot of time to complete and rely on skill and luck to some degree. Which is the key point, most PVE bounties take no skill whatsoever. But most PVP bounties require at least some skill, and some require a lot of skill.

1 ReplyAgreed. I dont really like playing crucible because you dont get good rewards that often. I only play to get crucible marks to buy stuff from factions. I wish there was a way to get them faster

I like playing Crucible but I am on a limited time table so I play Raids, Nightfalls, and weekly heroics 1st because the higher yield of rewards. Iron Banner I focus on PvP more during the week yet I still do the Nightfalls for bonus bounty rep rewards.

1 ReplyAgreed. Getting 100 crucible marks requires 34 games at least which is really time consuming. They should definitely increase to 5 for a win and 4 for a loss. Also they should at least award a blue engram with a possibility of getting more stuff just like roc strikes. Crucible rewards suck compared to the ammount of time you invest in a single game.

1 ReplySaw a great idea once. You get marks depending on points. In control you get an extra mark every 1000 points or 1500. Would make people do better.
