Ok ill end this right now.....
Crota is level 33 and Atheon is only level 30. He would barely do any damage to Crota.
You think a level 30 can take down Crota's shield with his flying blue balls? Doubt it. Atheon doesnt even have a shield.

How is Crota supposed to beat Atheon? Atheon can take the sword but Crota can't do the Oracles and keep the portal up alone. Atheon clearly wins.

You are assuming that they would be fighting in the VoG. The fight would take place in a cage.

Yes Oracles can still be summoned. A neutral fighting ground would mean that Atheon and Crota still have all their capabilities
