Restricted to play pvp

Hello, please help me bungie I have played destiny in 7years and im been banned for 2 months because of unstable internett connection. The wierd thing is that my internett are crazy good and ive never lagged ingame, is something wrong with newgen consoles(ps5) ? No problem on ps4, got ps5 in January and since then the warnings and restriction started. Internett information: My isp is Telenor Norge AS NAT type 2(also tested NAT type 1) Jitter 2,3ms No package loss Wired(also tested wireless) Signal latency 5ms 500/50mbs Items connected: 2phones on wireless and my console with wired. I have changed router, modem and cables in the whole house after the first restriction and talked to the network company, and they said everything looked perfectly normal, reason for writing here is because im desperate, and i feel that this isnt right. When you dont have deticated servers the lagg isnt our fault when i matching people from US with 185ping, ofc its gonna be laggy. Can you please check this? And fix this I have never got a issue with other games. Iknow so many peoples who got warnings and restrictions lately, after everyone got newgen consoles, it must be something wrong here. We all are from Norway and some from sweden, netherlands etc If you need more information from me or another people who has the same issues as me, please contact me.         I’m going through the same issue I really wish bungie would address this since I’ve had no issues with this for the past 7 years then the season crossplay is live I get restricted plus it’s day 17 on my two week restriction

          • Hi, Bungie have always played destiny since day one, and never had connection problems, as the game says, in this last month. I would like to understand why destiny thinks i have unstable connection while on other games i have no problems. I have received these bans since they have implemented crossplay and not only have I suffered these bans, a large list of people I know, and in turn with a very good connection, have received warnings of possible restrictions for no reason. I am [b]banned[/b] for unstable connection again for 2 month although I have a fluid and excellent thing: - 1000 mbps of download, - 300 mbps of upload, - 2 jitter - 5 of ping, - Nat open, - 0 packet loss. I would like you at bungie to re-evaluate your connection evaluation and detection system and I think 99% of these bans are due to people reporting randomly and therefore the bans are automatic and without really ascertaining whether the reported result is unstable or not. I hope you can at least use the tools necessary to ascertain what you are doing to me and beyond. I dont think it is a coincidence that many people are undergoing numerous bans of the same type without a real reason.

They introduced cross-play and I got [b]2 weeks restriction[/b] due to poor connection quality. My connection is fast and stable and I've never been affected by lag or disconnections (Even inside 6v6 playlists). You can see the checks I've done with [u]speedtest.net[/u] and [u]packetlosstest.com[/u] on the previous link. I also have submitted a ticket through the contact form but they didn't care. Please Bungie, do something about this situation. [b]BTW we are paying for a season that we cannot play.[/b]
