I dont receive the email to reset my PW
I forgot my PW from the Bungiestore…. but the System dosnt send me the Email to change it.
PLEASE HELP

I have same problems too. How can I reset passward? They didn't give reset mail for 1week. I'm just want buy reward goods...ugh.

4 RepliesI've been having the same issue. Opened a support ticket but it's apparently fallen on deaf ears as I never got any semblance of response. Mass requesting the password reset thing didn't help whatsoever, no amount of brute-forcing the issue seems to finally make the email "go through". So, if someone at Bungie could look into it it'd be fantastic....

Im having the same problem, tho some have got it to work with a vpn but i cant try that since i dont have a vpn, but it you have one try setting it on the us servers. Dont know if it will work tho

3 RepliesI tried having it send me an email several times, waited overnight just to see if it was taking a while to go through. Decided to try another email address. The third address I tried was the one that got an almost immediate response.
