I've been having the same issue.
Opened a support ticket but it's apparently fallen on deaf ears as I never got any semblance of response.
Mass requesting the password reset thing didn't help whatsoever, no amount of brute-forcing the issue seems to finally make the email "go through".
So, if someone at Bungie could look into it it'd be fantastic....

Nope, still unfixed on my end. Just attempted another password reset and the email still doesn't show up. I just resetted mine on Bethesda.net and the email came through immediately. So yup, Bungie still has monkeys hammering the servers in the background.

I wrote them a Ticket. They texted me back and told me they fixed the issue.. then i tried again to reset and got email to reset.. maybe you should write a ticket too

So either the Bungie support is voefully incompetent, or their reply system somehow doesn't work whatsoever with the email I have (I've always used a Yahoo one and never had an issue like that). EDIT: FInally managed to get in touch with the support and they fixed it :D
