WE NEED MORE PVP CONTENT!!
INSANE how we have had no new maps or game modes in crucible! Bungie acknowledged in its TWAB that there are players that spend the majority of their time in crucible???? Okay so If you acknowledge that then why are you failing those players SO HEAVILY! ABSOLUTLY Disrespectful to this player base. Get it together Bungie.

the game needs content, every part of it since pve is boring as well, nothing new or intresting but i do want bungie to stop thinking "we will drain the money out of our player base and ignore them when they ask for stuff" and start doing "listen to our player base and get them to think about spending money on our stuff" but for now is just easy to get drained for pvp or pve content i mean i kinda wish they did a system to gain silver in game and not pay for it

Even weapon buffs and nerfs are unexceptable cause they been several months between leaving PVP getting boring with the same meta for so damn long.

1 ReplyUhmmmmm, at least PvP gets new maps. We are still stuck with the exact same boring less then a handful of maps in Gambit as was released Gambit day 1. Now if you want to improve content or vault something it lets talk Gambit first! Having said that, if Bungo is too poor in creative dev talent (which they prove every season) and can onl bring back D1 maps, then please bring back [b] Frontier, Cathedral of Dusk and Black Shield[/b]. But seriously wheres a Europa map? Granted with Stasis half the matches end up looking like Europa but!!! Then there's the cool concept of an ultra creepy map on the Presage. Granted it would be a shotguners paradise and I HATE shotgun Hunter apes enough to break out my Jotunn to fry their lame asses and then celebrate when they whine like the 2yo's they are. If you open a new area in a DLC it should ALWAYS come with at least one new PvP map!

We’re going to be getting our second raid for year 4 of destiny but if we don’t get new crucible maps I’ll be very frustrated.

2 Repliesi cant say for sure but i would imagine that they are holding off on pvp updates so they can better stop cheaters by developing a anti cheat thats more aggressive. its a catch 22 situation, a dammed if you do, dammed if you dont. see if they send more people to make maps or modes that would be great but with no anti cheat the crucible would be screwed anyways so why bother. but on the other hand, if they keep people on anti cheat rather than working on maps or modes, they can stop ( slow down. but you cant really stop cheaters.) the pvp scene would gradually become better but not all in an instant in some update that grants instant gratification in a twab stating that the cheaters have lost. either option most players wont understand. its just the nature of the industry. or i could be wrong. they could just be lazy, or think that everything is fine lol

I uh hate to be "that guy" but that's not so much the main issue right now. While I agree, PvP needs new content just like the whole game does, Eververse is currently where Bungie's focus lies in its entirety so start focusing on calling that out first so we can focus on this after because unfortunately as long as Eververse is all they care about, things will never change.

I wonder how hard it would be to implement Halo levels of game customization. I think there would be a lot of potential for a community playlist made up of randomly selected custom games with wacky settings.
