So long as the person is guilty, I don't care what method is used, providing no pain consciously perceived.
English
-
Who cares about a murderer's pain lol
-
Who cares
I do.
-
Why? Concerning yourself with them is like being worried about the candy wrapper you just threw away
-
Pain in punishment should be used for reforming criminals, not for torturing those condemned to die. Also important is that innocent people have been executed throughout history, it would be insult to injury if they were also tortured.
-
Meh, I don't really see them as people once they've committed those acts
-
You assume they committed those acts to begin with. You always need to tread with some level of uncertainty, because if you tortured and then executed an innocent man... That wouldn't be good.
-
I never said torture. If you walk up and shot someone in the head with a 9mm then they are gonna die just like an injection that costs a ton.
I never said torture
But you did say you did not care about the pain they perceive, so I was warning you against rashly saying anything goes for execution. As far as firing squads are concerned, I like them. Bullets move faster than nerve signals.
