How bout gain an additional tripmine???

Why not allow the Golden Gun last longer? The Mask of the Third Man does it with Bladedancer. That, or give trip mines extra damage as well.

It would honestly suck, even with your suggestion. How about 'extend blast-radius of tripmine grenade' and 'switch weapons faster'?

That's just gain an additional grenade.. I like it how it is I can throw one down in pvp and leave it there and someone will eventually stumble upon it whereas before i tree it as someone was full red on the radar because of how long it lasted

Throwing knife sucks. Should be trip mines have a bigger range and deal more damage Or 2 trip mines Don't even start about throwing knife. It's so bad.

Actually I get a lot of kills using them in PVP. It's fun! Especially in control

Improving the hitbox size would be nice. I've recently learned where to place them in crucible but i still see a decent number of people walk past them without taking damage.

When you realize how good trip mine grenades are, and how to use them in pve, it really isn't a bad exotic. It isn't the best, but it isn't bad. Looks the best though! For example, on Confluxes in the raid throwing the trip mine grenade in the cave on right side works wonders, on left side throwing it in one of the paths for the same. Even better when you attach it to the wall instead of the ground. Plus during the lulls in adds, the extra time would be helpful. Personally I get grenades way fast so I use it constantly. By far trip mine has become my favorite grenade.

How about the flavor text means something. When tripmines explode they launch flak in a large aoe that damages and slows enemies

That would be pretty sweet but it still needs that increase time. Ppl dont understand how strong the Tmines are. They one hit in crucible and do like 1200-2000 Dmg in PvE. I use them to kill the supplicants it the raid all the time when I'm not teleported to the relic. Just stick it to a wall and forget

It seems like hunter grenades don't do more then half damage to a player in crucible. I don't think I've ever killed anyone with just a grenade without softening them up first

How about it makes you resistant to tripping the motion sensor on top of it lasting longer

It doesn't need anything. If you know where to throw you're grenades you'll know how good this armour is. I can throw. A grenade and have my bar recharge and throw another before the first explodes. Postmortem for DAYS

It'd be cool if they made the perk also turn the trip lasers invisible to enemy players so they can't dodge it

Trip nades that I have killed enemies with 60. Trip nades I have killed myself with 600.

No need for buff it has a hidden stat! It's called "The best looking equipment in the game!" Makes terror stat over 9000!

Edited by Chewna: 11/27/2014 9:17:48 AMWell, since all I use are exotic helmets on hunters since in my eyes +1 golden gun shot or less energy per swing on arc blade, are better than any other perk. All other exotic gear should get a buff so at least it's some slight competition.

How about increased melee damage instead because it has all the spikes on it?
