Improving the hitbox size would be nice. I've recently learned where to place them in crucible but i still see a decent number of people walk past them without taking damage.

They're not as good on the floor, throw them on the walls, anything or anyone in the laser blast get destroyed. In the iron banner we were defending and I threw it just inside a door on the wall and three guys came running into the room and got them all inside the red light. Triple kill!

Yeah I know dude like I said I learned how to place them properly, but the hitbox (what you call the 'laser blast') is still a more reasonable thing for the gloves to buff. People can run perpendicular past the grenade, and it will fail to kill them because the hitbox is long but narrow. Widening it out a little bit wouldn't break the game, but it would give people a reason to actually use the gloves.

I see what you're saying, sorry for the unsolicited advice :S I think anything that would make the tripmine better I'm on board with.

No problem, I was just trying to clarify what I'd like to see done with it. I think they should do something similar with sunbreakers too, like adding a bit of a gravity well/vortex effect like the wizard's poison to trap people within the AoE.
