If you are exerting 100% of your physical ability, then, you get an adrenaline boost, run faster, get stronger, all that stuff, you will be passing your physical ability, going into that 110% range. So maybe, depending on how you look at it.

You are never at 100% though. This is not how adrenaline is released. Your body only uses a fraction of the power it has. (Muscle wise anyway) unlocking your full strength is only an option when you are in a life or death situation and your brain releases the signal to do so. This is where you get stories of people bench pressing cars or large boulders to free themselves or someone else. After exerting this force though it almost completely destroys the muscle which is why it is never available for everyday use.

I understand this, we are interpretting different ways. I am saying that at a point in time, if you are going as fast as you can go, if you were to somehow increase your speed, you would be at 110% of your previous speed. Another example would be, if you have a dollar, and then the value of your dollar decreases, it is worth 90% of its original value.
