Do you think it's possible for a person to give a 110% of their effort and determination to something? Or is it just a glamorous saying?
If you said maybe please elaborate which cases you think it can apply to, and which it cannot apply to.

1 回复If you suddenly have an unusual burst of adrenaline does that mean you are using more than your 100%, or are you just only capable of using less than 100% normally and with the adrenaline you reach 100%?
-
1 回复No, because "110%" is what people call your max, correct? ...So that's actually your 100%.
-
1 回复Yeah, in the sense of breaking perceived personal limits, otherwise it's kinda impossible to succeed maximum power.

If somebody can put in more effort than they are currently doing , then your not giving the maximum effort in the first place. Think about it, if you put 100% into trying to lift/move something your really going to hurt yourself and your muscles are not built to give 100% outside of life or death situations.

14 回复Yes. Anyone who says no, obviously has never played sports and turned on that extra gear in crunch time.

11 回复If you are exerting 100% of your physical ability, then, you get an adrenaline boost, run faster, get stronger, all that stuff, you will be passing your physical ability, going into that 110% range. So maybe, depending on how you look at it.

1 回复Why is this even a question? Anyone who says yes doesn't understand incredibly basic mathematics.
