Now for my actual argument
"The Precursors were a race of beings preceding and possibly mythologized by the Forerunners, who believed them to be theoretical "Transsentient" beings, having the ability to travel among galaxies and accelerate the evolution of intelligent life. The Precursors achieved a higher level technological advancement than the Forerunners, being Tier-0, or Transsentience on the Forerunners' Technological Achievement Tiers.[1]"
The Forunners could brainwash other species to fight for them (The prometheans), create planets (The shield worlds), make devastating biological weapons (the flood), and a way to destroy every living thing in the galaxy (The halo rings). If the Precusors were more powerful than the Forunners think about how ungodly powerful they were. I doubt superman could stand a chance against them.

What's funny is you guys actually think these points have substance, and that it automatically gives Halo the win. It's not enough to just say "The Precursors were [i]theorised[/i] to be extremely powerful, based on [i]assumptions[/i] and [i]implications[/i] from the Forerunners and the Primordial". Unfortunately, you actually have to give evidence and concreted facts to give your argument credibility. Because you know, that's how debates actually work. The Forerunners never created The Flood either.

You said the entire Halo Universe. That means anything that has been written, rendered, drawn, mentioned, said in Halo canon. Precursors have been mentioned whether they're vague or not. They, and what they have been made out to be exist. Superman would lose to the Precursors. If not that, then it would be a stalemate. The Halo Array would wipe him out too. It is meant to wipe out all sentient life 3 radii away from the center of the Milky Way Galaxy. Among all the fighting he would be doing, How would Superman know that the Halo Array has been fired? He sure as hell isn't psychic. He'd have to be fighting right next to a Halo to know. Even then, he would be killed before he even got the chance to run. Not to mention, he is not from the Halo Universe. How would he know about the functions of the Halo Array? How would he know it is meant to eliminate all sentient life in the galaxy?

Such as the annoying "Neural Physics" argument, which apparently invalidates and negates any damage done by Superman and is the "lol i win" card for Halo. Despite there being no proof other than the assumptions from the Forerunners and the cryptic babbling of the Primordial. Superman has many defense mechanisms in place for a Halo pulse blast, such as the aforementioned Torqausm Vo, solar healing and his Bio Electric Aura. This is of course assuming the blast would even reach him, being millions of times faster than light at base power. There's no telling how fast he would be under sundipped conditions. 15 minutes of chilling in the Sun allowed him to casually toss planets around. A couple thousand years turned him into an omnipotent god. Face it. The Halo's are going to do jack and shit to him.

They're used to eliminate all sentient life in the galaxy! How would they not do anything to him? He is dead at the hands of the Halo Array. He is done. You're just a typical Supes fanboy who fails to recognize that he isn't invincible.

Why should I look it up when you have already explained it here? Nor am I a Halotard. I haven't read any of the novels. I have just played the games and go off of what I have read out of pure interest. Sorry that I don't name myself "Son of Krypton" and get off on Superman vs. threads. He would be destroyed by the Precursors and the Halo Array. Torquasm Vo has nothing to do with it either. Controlling someone's mind isn't the only power they have. Is Superman trans-dimensional? Has he been outside the known universe? No.

I've stated that if the Halo pulse somehow bypassed Torquasm Vo, then his Bio Electric Aura kicks in. Failing that, then his solar healing would put him on par with Wolverine's regenerative ability, if not superior. This is all assuming of course that the pulse would even reach him being at the speed he's capable of. So in all in all, the Halo would have to be extremely lucky in bypassing [i]two[/i] defense mechanisms and one of his fundamental powers, and being fast enough to even catch him. It's nice how you've conveniently decided to ignore those points and focus on the Torquasm Vo one because it fits your argument.

It takes an ENTIRE ARMADA and alot of time for the covenant to glass an an entire planet. Superman does that by himself. And when a nuke is what can destroy a covenant ship, they sure as hell wouldn't survive the collision of two full planets.
