Right now I think the warlocks are at the top by a little. With improved energy drain, firebolts being a thing, and stormtrance it has the best overall array of subclasses. It has a class with a good super but also 2 classes with elite neutral games. But that's just my opinion.

If you throw it on flat ground it spreads out perpendicular to the direction you threw it. So if you throw it in front of a corner for example it would spread out in the direction around the corner blocking the path. You are probably throwing at a wall and then it spreads out randomly when it falls to the ground.
