Remember how Beltane wasn't available even though players completed the quest that the kiosk says it's from? Beltane became available after challenge mode came out. Wait until the quest for fatal vision is available and then you'll have it

    The problem with that comparison is we still had things to do so there was "hope" of figuring out (and the 50 calcified was theorized early on). I have every quest completed minus the Chaperone so at this point there is nothing else to do. If it's tied to a future release/DLC then it shouldn't be in the kiosk right now. If it's a secret daily mission that hasn't been discovered then fine but the likely hood of that based on how quickly all other secret daily missions have been found is extremely low.

    Easy explanation for the ship. Time gated content. The quest line for it will likely show up in the future. Just because you completed all the quests currently available doesn't mean you have done every quest in the game
