I have completed every quest for The Taken King and in fact I have completed every quest since launch of The Taken King with one character (minus the Chaperone quest, but I'm at the Bond Brothers and have just been lazy about it). With this said, I still don't have "Fatal Vision", the ship said to be received "The Taken King Quest Reward". Was this an RNG based drop when completing The Taken King Quest? If so, in the future, could you (Bungie) please indicate those items which are RNG based as RNG based in their description of how to receive them? I am in the process of trying to get everything the kiosks say I did not get in year one (which I did but inventory restrictions kept me from keeping all of the drops until the kiosks came into existence).
