Thorn does not need a nerf. what they need to do is take the stability back to its original state, and stability perk. leave the range so we can not cross map. but by nerfing the stability, AKA increasing recoil we will effectively reduce the number of EFFECTIVE thorn users in PvP. Tbhis is one of the ebst exotics and strongest in the game. AND ANYONE CAN GET IT. AND LEARN TO USE IT. exotics should be guns that make the user earn the op effects. suros should not have shit tons of stability if it heals you, same with red death. same with thorn. When bungie reworked thorn and gave it a major staility upgrade eeryone and their mother started using thorn to crit hit in crucible. then they reworked al hand cannons in an effort to effectively nerf thorn wh=hich did not work because thorn still has high stability and good range if you run the stability perk. If people want to be able to 2 burst or 2 ahot people they they damn well better learn how to control the recoil and account for the wepon, in order to do it. we dont need everyone using thorn, it eliminates other exotics from game play and aggravates everyone including other thorn users.
SUM: Take Thorn back to its orginal kick and recoil, leave the current range, so we cannot cross map snipers. this will effectively weed out the people who just barely are able to use hand cannons and get unfair kills with thorn, and will ALSO REDUCES the number of people who are able to EFFECTIVELY Thorn glitch to 2 shot you in crucible. If unskilled players can not hit the target then the target can not be crit hit on the first bullet nor will the dot hit bc the bullet missed. i Please BUNGIE I know you can not directly track and ban people for using the Thorn exploit but for people who really have been using thorn since before the very first exotic tweak, it is offensive and degrading to our skill that you have made such a powerful gun 1 so easy to aquire and 2 so easy to use/ Then not fix major player exploits with the gun. suh as the final round damage on the first roound explloit.

Incenerator, you say that it needs decreased stability but i dont think so. What i think is what LEAF said and that they should simply be harder to get, xur should sell them for 30 strange coins and not 12 and they are the highest class of weapon in the game so hey should be a bit Over Poverd

I would agree. Exotics should feel over powered when you get killed by them. They are top tear. Thorn is already hard to get. If you do it legitimately, you go through an actually earn all 500points of void damage with using friends as bullet bags in rumble, and if you actually solo the epic phogoth. But exotic weapons should not be modeled with easy of use in mind. Exotics are to be earned, as a reward for this who put in time to get the coins, and who better their skills with the given weapon type. In this case the exoctic hand cannons are top tear weapons for those of us who value the challenge of landing the right shots at the right time after working with hand cannons as our main weapons. Now you might not be able to buy Thorn but as I said once you have the bounty as long as you have even 1 friend the bounty becomes like grinding out 100 precision kills. Not hard just needs a little time. Personally I don't think someone should look at an exotic, an say oh its cool, and then go ape shit with it in crucible. Exotics are challenges of skill in and of themselves. Not everyone can 2 burst with red death or time snipe with QB. Thorn should not be made easier for people. The high crit an lingering damage make it op. Being able to use those tools accurately with precision is what determines if you are good with it. The accuracy an precision come from the own players skill. If Thorn or red death are hard to use go practice with them. Do better. Bungie shouldn't need nerf or buff a gun because it's hard to use. They made it and they made it right the first time. Let it exist as intended not as people wish it to be. That being said they do need to fix the thorn glitch where the first round counts for the final round bonus crit. It is u fair to other thorn users as well as people who already have it hard dealing with thorn every where. If they don't fix it eventually the community out cry will drive bu gie to merging thorn as they did the vex originally which was a catastrophic move that earned them enough bad rep. Fix it bungie. Fix it.
