Thorn can't one shot you... You have approximately 200 health in PvP. Final Round headshot on Thorn does 126 damage + 5 burns of 7 damage = 35 damage. So 126 + 35 only = 161. They need to still land one more body shot. I have Thorn and I've been down to the last bullet and has this happen, so I know it can't one shot...

I think he is referring to the glitch where if you start with a gun with aggressive ballistics then switch to the torn the thorn glitches out and receives the aggressive ballistic perk. But that still wont 1 hit you so not sure.
