Yeah, it's complicated. It's a retail store with usual "I wanna buy this," combined with "I wanna get that on a contract," combined with a crapton of paperwork for sending phones away for repairs. Then there's the little odd jobs that come through, like "my computer's broken, fix it!" Or "I know nothing about phones, I expect you to teach me everything even though there's a heap of people waiting to be served with potentially quick requests."

No, I'm just 19. Plan was to work here for a year, then go to University to get a Bachelor in Information Technology.

Gotcha, sounds like a good plan :) I'm 19 also, working full time at a manufacturing plant and goin to tech school :) have you ever considered 2 year school?

Nah not really, I don't think I want to go back to a school environment now that I've seen the real world.
